Write with the numbers, not a screenshot alone
I read notes sent to support@hextocmyk.com. The useful ones include the HEX or CMYK you tried, the paper you are printing on, and what the shop said was wrong. A crop of the proof ticket is enough.
The form opens your mail app with a draft to the lab. The page does not store the message on a server. If mail does not open, copy support@hextocmyk.com and paste the same details.
What belongs in which topic
| Topic | Include |
|---|---|
| Tool feedback | The HEX, the stock, and the number you expected to see. |
| Custom ICC profile | Shop name, profile name, and whether the job is coated or uncoated. |
| Bug report | Page URL, browser, and the button or .ASE file that failed. |
HexToCMYK Prepress Lab is at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. For a job that is already on press, call the printer first. I can explain a TAC warning. I cannot stop a press that is running.
I do not broker print from this address. I will not quote a run, hold a spot ink, or certify a drawdown. If you want a public formula checked, send one color and the stock.
A custom ICC note needs the profile name and the press type, coated sheetfed or uncoated offset. I cannot rebuild a shop curve from a photo of a fan deck.
